Chapter 15

  • 14 Feb, 2025

It didn't take long for the entire household to gather around them. Conversations overlapped, laughter filled the air, and the warmth of reunion spread through Kaif's house, as Hanan and Ayat found themselves surrounded, their return after seven years sparking excitement in everyone.

"Aap log bheege kaise?" Rubab asked with concern, noticing their slightly damp clothes. Hanan and Ayat hadn't even had time to freshen up yet, though by now, their clothes had mostly dried on their own.

Huzaifa Khan, the eldest son, is responsible yet somewhat domineering. Newly married to Rukhsar, an ideal wife who understands and upholds family values, Huzaifa often overlooks Rukhsar's deep love and efforts to please him, seeing them merely as her duties as the eldest daughter-in-law. Azlan Khan, the second brother, is smitten with Rubab from the moment he sees her at her sister's wedding. However, due to a misunderstanding, Rubab views him as a dishonourable person. Shahzain Khan, the third brother, is sent to America for higher studies by their father. There, he meets Khushnuma, and sparks fly between them. However, both are already committed to others by their families. Aangan delves into the value of family and the transformative power of love, illustrating how it can bring out the best and worst in people. It's a story about traditions, misunderstandings, and the deep bonds that shape and define us.

"Listen to me, Do not expect anything from me or this marriage. I only married you because of my baba." His every word pierced through her soul. He didn't wait for her reply, he wasn't expecting any reply from her, she never opens her mouth in front of him. Hayder stood up and was about to go to washroom to change. "I married you because of my mother, otherwise you can never be my ideal choice" Hyra's words made him stop on his track. Turning to her, he saw her standing beside the bed, looking at him with challenging eyes. Her words irked him, going to her, he held her arm tightly in his hand. "Don't you dare to talk back to me otherwise I will cut your tongue." He warned her in a low, dangerous tone. "Ouch!" A soft whimper left her mouth, she tried to free her arm from him. Her eyes brimmed with tears. He was holding her arm very tightly, it might leave bruise later. He left her arm. "One more thing, whatever happened in this room should stay in this room. If you complain to anyone about anything, you will see the worst side of mine." Before leaving, he told her. "You can not be anymore worst." Hyra mumbles to herself, wiping her tears.
