Azrin had begun to feel awkward around Arsalan, something that had never happened before. When they first got married, she hadnβt cared much about him. His presence or absence made no difference to her, he was just another person in the room.
Later, when she started talking to him casually, trying to adjust back into a normal routine. She would help him with little things, talk to him politely, but it was just her way of keeping life balanced. Arsalanβs comings and goings had meant nothing to her back then. Whether he was in the room or not, it had never mattered.
